This policy explains what personal data Neev Residency Pvt. Ltd. ("Neev Residency", "we") collects through neevresidency.com, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Who we are

Neev Residency Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate brokerage at Plot No. 4 & 5, Block C, 1st Floor, Main Najafgarh Road, Near Metro Pillar No. 773, Dwarka Mor Metro Station, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059. You can reach us about this policy at vinodshorey@neevresidency.com.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website we collect:

  • your name and mobile number (required);
  • your email address and message, if you choose to give them;
  • for a flat requirement: the BHK, budget, area and timeline you select;
  • for a seller enquiry: the area, BHK, expected price, registry/GPA status and best time to call you enter;
  • the listing code of the flat you asked about, the page you sent the form from, the website that referred you and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you arrived on.

When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. To keep spam out of our forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser.

When you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us, as with any phone call or chat.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your property enquiry: to call or message you back, share flats that match your needs, arrange visits, and, if you are selling, discuss listing your flat. We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or contact us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Where your details go

When you submit a form, your details are:

  1. emailed to our business inbox, using the email service Resend; and
  2. saved in a Google Sheet that our team uses to keep track of enquiries.

Analytics data is processed by Google, and spam checks by Cloudflare. These providers act on our behalf. If you ask us to help with a home loan or a purchase, we share the details needed with the bank, lawyer or other party involved, with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for 36 months after your last contact with us. After that, it is deleted from our inbox and our enquiry sheet.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct or update it;
  • erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
  • stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time.

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request or a complaint, email vinodshorey@neevresidency.com or call +91 98736 67088. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Privacy requests and complaints are handled by Vinod Shorey, Director.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies after you start using the page. If we ever use the Meta (Facebook) ads cookie, we will ask for your permission first, and it will not load if you say no. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This website is meant for adults buying or selling property. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
